Test Planning:

- Story level plan: Q3 engineers can guide exploratory testing. Help author and review exploratory charters, organize pair and group testing (blitzes, etc.)

- Feature level plan - test cases are significant portion of test plan but integrated experience of several stories should be considered. Q3 is responsible for reviewing, if not authoring, cross team/cloud test scenarios.

- Review: At the Q3 level, test plans are much more than test cases. At this level, Q3 reviews test plans for coverage Q1 through Q4, asks big picture questions like 'are we building the right thing?' and 'will this feature delight the customer?' and 'what are we leaving out and why?'.
